Hey crew 👋 if we could dream up a few tools that would actually make our work smoother, here’s my wish list for Walmart’s next round of tech updates:
1️⃣ Real-Time Translation in Me@Walmart Imagine scanning a barcode or asking a question and the app instantly translating it into a customer’s language (or back into yours).
2️⃣ Smart Shift Swaps What if swapping a shift didn’t require messaging five people? The app could match available coworkers based on department, skill, and hours — like a mini Uber for scheduling.
3️⃣ On-the-Floor AI Assistant Picture a voice tool built into your TC device or the app: “Hey Sam, where’s the 65” Onn TV?” And it replies with the exact aisle and stock level — like a mix between Ask Sam and ChatGPT.
If you could design one new Walmart tool for 2026 — what would it be? Drop it in the comments 👇
