The Bell Forsyth Judicial Circuit Office of Court Administration rolled out a new website on December 3, 2025, announcing a modernized portal intended to streamline public access to court information. The site brings improved search and navigation, enhanced content and a mobile friendly design so visitors using cell phones and tablets can retrieve information more quickly.

Visitors will be able to find legal forms, view the daily court calendar and use a case search portal from the new site. The portal also allows users to request services such as obtaining a court interpreter, scheduling a tour of the courthouse and learning how to qualify as a process server. The new site covers the Superior Court, State Court and Juvenile Court, consolidating resources that were previously dispersed across multiple pages.

“ In today’s 24-hour digital environment, the courts must be able to provide a content rich website that can deliver the types of information gathering experiences people have come to expect from other information-providing entities,” said Superior Court Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Bagley. “Our new website will act as a central hub for delivering court information and to make it easy for our citizens and stakeholders to interact with our court system.”

For local residents the redesign promises practical benefits. People representing themselves in court proceedings will spend less time hunting for forms and filing instructions. Attorneys and court staff may see reduced phone traffic for routine requests as common materials become easier to download. Community organizations that arrange courtroom tours or need interpreter services will find application paths laid out on the site, and those seeking to become process servers can access qualification information without needing to visit the courthouse in person.

The launch fits into a broader trend of digital government services that aim to expand access while lowering administrative burdens. Forsyth County residents can follow news updates and further information from the Office of Court Administration on Twitter at @ForsythCourtsGA as the office refines features and responds to user feedback.
