Independent Review to Verify Coyote Wash Helium Resource in Colorado

Mosman Oil and Gas engaged Sproule ERCE on November 7 to produce an independent Competent Person's Report for the Coyote Wash helium project, testing a recent internal estimate of 1,072 MMcf of prospective helium resources. The verification could accelerate planning for drilling and development near Las Animas County, with implications for local jobs, land use, and royalties.

Independent Review to Verify Coyote Wash Helium Resource in Colorado

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited, a company listed on the London AIM market as MSMN, announced on November 7 that it engaged independent consultant Sproule ERCE to produce a Competent Person's Report for the Coyote Wash project in Colorado. The engagement follows Mosman management's October internal best estimate of 1,072 MMcf of 2U gross prospective helium resources across six mapped Leadville prospects at Coyote Wash. Sproule ERCE will assess resources under SPE PRMS standards and return a final report expected in late November 2025.

The scope of the review includes assessment of helium, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon resources across eight mapped structures in the project area. Sproule ERCE will examine Mosman technical datasets including 3D seismic interpretation, petrophysical analysis and well data from the Coyote Wash 30 12 well and offset analogues. Mosman holds a 100 percent working interest in the project area, and this report would be the companys second independently verified helium resource in Colorado after Sproule certified the Sagebrush prospect earlier this year.

For residents of Las Animas County, the verification moves a local energy prospect from internal estimate toward external validation, which is a common precursor to more detailed drilling and development plans. Independent certification can strengthen investor confidence and assist Mosman in securing capital for exploration or production. The companys internal estimate of roughly 1.07 billion cubic feet of helium across six prospects is material in scale for a single project and would attract attention because helium remains a relatively scarce and strategically important gas for medical imaging, electronics manufacturing and scientific research.

Economic effects for the region could include temporary increases in construction and drilling employment, demand for local services and potential royalty payments to mineral owners. Any development would still require state and federal permits, environmental reviews and agreements with private landowners. The inclusion of carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons in the assessment also means regulators and residents will be considering broader environmental and land use issues beyond helium extraction alone.

Market implications extend beyond the county. A verified helium resource can affect Mosman stock market perception, influence potential joint venture interest and alter the supply outlook for a global market that has experienced periodic tightness. For Mosman, a second external certification in Colorado reinforces a portfolio strategy focused on helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbons as the company advances from resource definition toward operational planning.

Next steps include receipt of the final Sproule ERCE CPR in late November and subsequent technical and commercial planning by Mosman. Local stakeholders and landowners in and around Las Animas County will be watching regulatory filings and any notices of upcoming field activity as the company moves from resource assessment toward potential drilling.
