Legoland New York Brings Holiday Bricktacular Back With Tree Lighting
Legoland New York Resort reopened its Holiday Bricktacular on December 1, offering a Lego themed winter experience that runs through January 3, 2026. The seasonal program will include glice skating, meet and greets, charity building events, and a special tree lighting on December 6 that is expected to draw families and visitors to Goshen and Orange County.

Legoland New York Resort reopened its Holiday Bricktacular on December 1, turning the park into a Lego winter landscape aimed at family visitors across Orange County. The seasonal program runs on all open days through January 3, 2026, and all Holiday Bricktacular activities are included with park admission.
The park installed a glice skating rink in LEGO City where skating and skate rentals are included with admission, and created a Holiday Headquarters with LEGO Santa meet and greets, a North Pole Postal Service for letters, and character appearances by elves Ivy and Frode. Shows and character experiences such as the Holly Hype Dance Party and an Elf Training Academy will run throughout the season, alongside costumed minifigure characters including Reindeer Girl, LEGO Snowman, Gingerbread Man and Toy Soldier.
A 35 foot tall LEGO tree constructed from over 360,000 bricks will be the focal point of a special celebration scheduled for December 6. Champions and finalists from the television series LEGO Masters will be on site to light the tree and unveil their winning builds, which will remain on display at the park. Guests on site can also participate in the Build to Give campaign by creating heart shaped LEGO creations and posting them on social media with the hashtag #BuildToGive, a program that will trigger donations of LEGO sets to children in need.

The Holiday Bricktacular program includes extended hotel offerings under the Holly Jolly Nights banner, with themed sleepover activities, breakfast with LEGO Santa and nightly dance parties at the Legoland Hotel. The combination of daytime park events and overnight packages is likely to extend visitor stays, adding weekend and holiday traffic pressure on local roads and increasing demand for parking and hospitality services in Goshen.
For Orange County residents the event represents both a seasonal entertainment option and an economic stimulus for nearby restaurants, hotels and retail. All activities are ticketed through the park, and further details on tickets and hotel packages are available on the Legoland New York website. The park’s inclusion of charitable building activities and family oriented programming underscores community engagement amid the holiday season.
