Russian regional authorities separately reported alleged Ukrainian drone attacks on border areas of Russia that caused casualties and property damage. Officials in Rostov and Belgorod regions said residents had been killed and others injured in cross-border incidents, with local governors naming specific affected towns. Those claims were presented by Russian regional officials and have not been reconciled with Ukrainian or independent sources.
