Tiffany Miller Files For Rockwall County Court at Law No. 1
Attorney Tiffany Miller filed on December 4 to seek the open bench in Rockwall County Court at Law No. 1, bringing more than a decade of family and criminal law experience. Her candidacy sharpens focus on family court handling, juvenile and CPS matters, and conservative judicial priorities ahead of the March 3 Republican primary.

Tiffany Miller formally filed December 4 to run for the recently open seat on Rockwall County Court at Law No. 1, positioning herself as a candidate with immediate readiness to preside over family related and juvenile matters. Filing opened December 1 and will continue through December 15, with the nomination decided in the Republican primary on March 3.
Miller is a lifelong Texan and Rockwall resident who has practiced law for more than a decade, concentrating on family and criminal law, juvenile proceedings, child protective services cases, estate planning, and probate. She is a certified mediator in civil and family cases and has been admitted to practice in both state and federal courts across Texas. Those credentials are central to her campaign argument that she can be a judge who starts serving on day one.
Her filing materials emphasize community involvement and conservative civic service. Miller serves with the Texas Federation of Republican Women and the Rockwall County Republican Women. She is active in Rockwall Noon Rotary, chairs the Rockwall Historic Preservation Advisory Board, and is a board member of the Rockwall Rainbow Room which serves neglected and abused children. Recognitions cited in her filing include the TFRW Tribute to Women Award, a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow designation, and the Congressional Patriot Award from Congressman Pat Fallon.

Miller said the community deserves a judge who is ready to serve on day one and who understands the needs of local families. “I have handled every kind of case in my career, and I’m the only candidate in this race who has. I know how important it is to have a judge who listens carefully, applies the law faithfully, and always puts the best interests of children and families first,” said Miller. “I’m running because Rockwall County deserves a judge who will uphold the Constitution, protect our conservative values, and ensure fairness and accountability in every case.”
The open bench will shape how the county handles divorces, custody disputes, CPS interventions, and probate matters. For Rockwall County voters, the coming weeks set deadlines for potential challengers to file and for party voters to select a nominee in March. The choice will influence courtroom administration and local approaches to family law and juvenile justice for years to come.
