Los Alamos Utility Office Operated Limited Customer Service During Luncheon

The Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities Customer Care Center ran on limited operations on Friday, December 12, between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Management scheduled the interruption to allow staff to attend an employee appreciation luncheon. During that window the center continued to process payments at the service window and to answer general questions in person.
