Offset Bier opens limited to go sales at new Quinn's Junction location
Offset Bier began limited to go can sales at its new Unit 105 location at 4175 N Forestdale Drive on December 12, providing a revenue lifeline while construction finishes. The move matters to Summit County residents because it preserves local beer supply, keeps staff working, and signals a likely January opening for the full tap room in Quinn's Junction.

Offset Bier reopened a portion of its operation on December 12, selling canned beer and growler refills from a temporary production area at Unit 105, 4175 N Forestdale Drive. The new site offered limited to go sales on Fridays from 3 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 to 5 p.m. Customers were able to purchase cans of Kolsch, Eggers Pale, Glossy and London Porter, and obtain growler refills of the Dopo IPA.
The brewery relocated from the Iron Horse District after its lease was terminated in November, and had remained closed while construction on the new space continued. The temporary setup at the production area allows patrons to pick up cans and view the brewing equipment, while Offset expands its canned offerings and plans one off growler releases in the coming weeks. The company said it hopes the full tap room will open in January.
For local residents, the phased reopening keeps a neighborhood business active during a transition that could otherwise have led to extended closure. Limited to go hours create immediate sales that help cover operating costs and preserve jobs during construction. For Summit County's winter economy, which draws visitors for outdoor recreation, the return of a local brewery adds retail beverage inventory for both residents and tourists and contributes modestly to sales tax receipts and downtown activity.

Offset's relocation underscores a broader pattern in the craft beer sector of using canning and takeaway options to manage revenue volatility during site moves or renovations. Operating a temporary production pick up point minimizes lost sales and allows the brewery to maintain customer relationships while final work on the tap room finishes.
Patrons should expect a staggered expansion of product choices as canning capacity ramps up, and a firm date for the Quinn's Junction tap room remains contingent on finishing construction and municipal approvals. In the near term, Friday and Saturday hours provide the clearest opportunity to buy Offset beers directly at the new address. For the community, the reopening represents a practical step toward restoring a local gathering spot and sustaining a small business through a period of change.
