The Webber Gallery will transform into a bustling miniature landscape when the 30th annual Trains at the Holidays opens on Dec. 19. Organized by the Ocala Model Railroaders Historic Preservation Society, the free exhibition will run through Dec. 31 and showcase an elaborate network of moving model trains, miniature towns, countryside scenes and recognizable local landmarks.

This family favorite event has become a seasonal tradition in Ocala, drawing viewers of all ages to inspect intricate scenery and watch locomotives roll through detailed layouts. “This beloved annual tradition continues to delight visitors of all ages,” said Jacqueline Bozman, CF Webber Gallery coordinator, in the news release. “The OMRRHPS impressive collection, with its detailed craftsmanship and nostalgic charm, transforms the gallery into a lively landscape of motion and imagination.”

Trains at the Holidays will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Dec. 19 through Dec. 31, with special hours from noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 24. The gallery will be closed on Christmas Day. The CF Webber Gallery is located on the Ocala campus at 3001 SW College Road, offering easy access for local families and visitors planning a holiday outing.
