Three Eugene Residents Arrested After Keizer Home Invasion Shooting

Keizer detectives announced that coordinated law enforcement activity on December 12 led to the arrest of three people from Eugene in connection with a home invasion, robbery and shooting that injured a Keizer man on October 24. The victim, a 20 year old Keizer man, sought help after being shot and robbed at his apartment on McGee Court NE and survived after being taken to the hospital.

Investigators determined the October attack was targeted and pursued leads for weeks before locating the suspects in Eugene. Agencies from Salem, Keizer and Eugene worked together during the December operation, which resulted in multiple arrests and the seizure of a firearm. The arrested individuals were identified as 20 year old Daniel Tijerina, 20 year old Romera Luna, and 19 year old Franki Salyers Livingston, all from Eugene. Salyers Livingston faces an additional charge of first degree assault. All three were booked and are being held in Marion County as the investigation continues.
