Bosch Brings Alexa Plus AI to 800 Series Espresso Machines

At CES 2026 Bosch announced an integration that brings Amazon’s Alexa Plus conversational AI to its Bosch 800 Series fully automatic espresso machines, calling the feature a Personal AI Barista. The update aims to let users speak naturally through an Echo device to select, customize, and run drinks and routines, but early testing shows usability hiccups that coffee drinkers should test before relying on voice control.
